JO ANNE FARR
JO ANNE FARR, Founder and President
of The Entrepreneur Track, has been coaching business
executives and entrepreneurs, as well as individuals in
career management and professional development for over
15 years. She has provided these services online for
the past 5 years. She attended Coach U and Corporate
Coach U International and is a member of the
International Coaching Federation. She is also a
Certified Guerrilla Marketing Coach, a distinction held
by less than 100 people worldwide.
Jo Anne worked with a leading outplacement company as
a managing consultant developing and delivering
Entrepreneur programs for workshops and virtual/ website
delivery. She also trained and mentored other
consultants in the program's delivery and coaching
process. Jo
Anne has coached hundreds of entrepreneur clients,
assisting them in focusing on honing their skills, to
start and manage successful
businesses and to take their businesses to new
levels of growth and expansion.
Jo Anne was the CEO of a high volume, 250 person
electrical gauge manufacturing company in southeastern Connecticut, having total P&L responsibility.
Some of the company's major customers were: Ford
Motor Company, Chrysler, Jeep, International Harvester,
John Deere and the U.S. Government.
She has been involved in new company start-ups and expansion programs and has owned several of her own businesses, one of which was an
executive search firm franchise, servicing the U.S. and International Markets.
She has done international recruiting in England, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria and Canada.
Jo Anne has also been a commercial real estate agent
and business broker servicing
both the buyer and seller in business transactions.
Ms. Farr holds an MBA Degree from the
University of New Haven and is a graduate of Harvard
Graduate School of Business Administration, Cambridge,
MA., Small Company Management Program.
